Loveland: Detroit Real Estate at a Buck Per Inch

Jerry Paffendorf is making it easy to move to Detroit. His LOVELAND concept allows anyone to buy a square-inch of real Detroit land for one dollar. All of those inches together make up Plymouth, the first LOVELAND 'colony' of 10,000 inches. Soon the landowners ('inchvestors') will be able to interact with their plots online, working together to govern the colony.

303GRAND and The GRAND Adventure

Friday, December 11th, 303GRAND will be taking part in The Grand Adventure. All along Grand St, local businesses will be displaying lit farolitos (paper lanterns). Mention 'Grand Adventure' wherever the lanterns are displayed to receive a unique discount, gift, or reward. Get that holiday shopping out of the way-and get to know some great local businesses at the same time.

Of course the 'clairvoyant' retail experiment will be open for business at 303GRAND. Our in-house clairvoyant will select the gift you never knew you should've bought. You know we'll have the farolitos burning.
